Below, please find the current Kid Yoga Classes offered! This page will be updated weekly, to reflect current week! Looking forward to offering classes!
Classes will be held via ZOOM. After you pay via the links below*, I will email you a link to my Kid Yoga Waiver (you will only need to do this once).
Once I have a waiver on file, you can expect an invite to the class the morning of class. You may register up to 30 minutes before class. This will give me time to get out all waivers and emails and be available on time.
*Please be sure to use an email address on Paypal that you will check! This is where I send the invite for the class!!!
You may join up to 10 minutes before to say hi, get connected, troubleshoot, etc. After class starts, I will mute all participants, so you do not have to worry about background noises 🙂
Feel free to join your child during this practice. It can be a great way to connect during this uncertain time.
Kid Yoga – Mindfulness and Movement Series – Every Monday in June @ 4pm PST
This 5 week series will feature fun movement through yoga poses. We will work on increasing our awareness, focus and concentration. We will learn breathing practices to help with relaxation and calming our nervous system. Each class will have a short Mindfulness activity too. We will meet Monday June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 at 4pm PST for a 30 minute session. ***Preregistration required for this series.*** A minimum of 4 students required. Please sign up by May 29th.
