As an E-500hr Registered Yoga Teacher , I’ve enjoyed teaching and practicing yoga with students of all ages for more than a decade. I believe yoga is a powerful tool that we can all tap into and together we can share a practice that will bring more awareness to the breath and body.
I began practicing yoga back in Boston in 1999. When I moved to L.A. in 2003, yoga became an important part of my new life on the west coast. After the birth of my twin boys I realized I wanted to go deeper with my practice and share the benefits with others. I became a certified teacher in 2013, and currently registered as an E-RYT-500 and YACEP® through Yoga Alliance and has completed training in Pre/Postnatal Yoga as well as Kids Yoga. I most recently added Nutrition Coaching to my offerings after become a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Certified Coach. I also offer 1:1 Body Ready Method®
Assessments
In my classes you will find support and compassion as I invites students to connect body, breath and mind. I strive to offer poses and breathing techniques to help strengthen and energize as well as restore and relax. My hope is to meet students where they are by offering gentle guidance and modifications while allowing for safe and supportive exploration of going a bit deeper.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with my family.
Nutrition Coaching
As a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach, I am looking forward to working with clients to make health and wellness choices that align with their values and goals. Whether it is through individual or group sessions, I want to help clients discover what they truly want, what they can do easily and what they know about their health and wellness already. Using tools from Precision Nutrition and my yoga experience, I hope to offer a holistic approach to health and wellness.
